El coronavirus o Covid-19 es un virus que se manifiesta con afecciones respiratorias y afecta de manera grave a niños y adultos mayores; se originó en Wuhan (China) en diciembre de 2019 y a la fecha hay más de 120.000 contagiados y 4.000 muertes a nivel mundial.
El día 9 de marzo de 2020, Italia, el segundo país con mayor cantidad de contagios después de China, cerró sus fronteras de manera temporal para salvaguardar la salud de sus habitantes y países vecinos.
